Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or receipt.
  • Initiating a Return:
    To start a return, please reach out to us at support@stepinstyle.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon receiving them. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue for you.
  • Items Not Eligible for Return:
    Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items, personal care products (like beauty items), hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you’re unsure about an item’s return eligibility, feel free to contact us.
  • Exchanges:
    For exchanges, the most efficient method is to first return the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
  • European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
    If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days, no justification required. The item must be in the same condition it was received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
